Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator.

Savage X Fenty is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help power the day-to-day engine of our social presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives on social, understands internet culture, and is excited to learn, grow, and move fast.

How Do You Fit In?

You’ll support execution across platforms — especially TikTok and Instagram — while working closely with the Social Media Director and Manager to help bring content to life quickly and cleanly.

This position will report to the Director of Social Media.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to making social content feel relevant, reactive, and connected to culture
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms (FB, IG, TT, YT, PT)
• Write and edit captions with strong instincts for tone, voice, and cultural relevance
• Lead day-to-day community management, including comment moderation, responses, and real-time engagement across owned and relevant external conversations
• Engage with the audience in a way that reflects Savage’s voice — playful, confident, and culturally aware (not templated or robotic)
• Support real-time posting and content needs as they arise
• Edit short-form video using CapCut (above basic proficiency expected — comfortable cutting clips, adding text, sound, and simple transitions)
• Create lightweight graphics and social assets in Canva (overlays, simple graphics)
• Flag trends, sentiment, and notable community moments back to the team
• Proactively bring relevant trends and contents, ideas, viral content, and cultural moments to the team
• Support TikTok-first content execution and experimentation
• Support publishing and optimization on Pinterest, including pin creation, copy, and basic best practices (titles, descriptions, boards, SEO)
• Support growth and optimization of Savage X Fenty’s Pinterest presence through thoughtful publishing and trend awareness
• Adapt content for Pinterest formats (static, video pins) using Canva and existing assets
• Assist with asset organization, tracking, and handoffs

What You Can Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, or a related field (including internships or creator experience)
• Working proficiency in CapCut and Canva (comfortable creating and editing social-ready content independently)
• Strong understanding of how content performs on TikTok and Instagram
• Interest in community building and brand voice, not just posting content
• Familiarity with Pinterest as a platform, including basic publishing and an understanding of how users discover and engage with content
• High attention to detail, especially in publishing, tagging, and copy
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• A genuine passion for social media and culture
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The hourly range for this position is from $29.00–$33.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
