Franklin Templeton’s global marketing team shapes the company’s brand across key markets through strategic, social-first campaigns. The team partners closely with senior leaders and creative experts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Social Media Content Creator?
Create and publish content tailored for key social channels e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Advise senior leaders on social strategy and emerging trends
Manage content calendars and scheduling using Sprout and Hearsay
Analyse performance using Datorama, Power BI, and Quid
Edit multimedia assets with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
Work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Ensure all content reflects a client-first mindset
What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
Experience, Education & Certifications
Strong experience in social media or digital marketing
Experience in financial services is a plus
Technical Skills
Strong grasp of platform best practices and cultural trends
Skilled in content creation and agile delivery
Proficient with Sprout, Hearsay, Datorama, Power BI, Quid, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
Soft Skills
