The Social Media Community Coordinator has their finger on the pulse of all things social media and is ready to drive Ollie’s mission in becoming the most loved dog brand. In this role, this person will own day-to-day execution across all Ollie social channels, including publishing content, monitoring performance, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. This role is responsible for identifying and activating on real-time brand opportunities, ensuring Ollie shows up in timely and culturally relevant ways. They also lead community engagement, fostering relationships with our audience and executing thoughtful “surprise and delight” moments that deepen brand loyalty and advocacy.
This role is based remotely in the U.S. and will report to the Social Media Manager.
