Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Care Worker for its client's Disability Services Team based in Longford, Ireland.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Provide person‑centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and developing independent living skills.
  • Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with national guidance.
  • Support service users with personal care, communication needs, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and ongoing quality improvements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a respectful, team‑focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU‑approved discipline.
  • CORU Registration (or evidence of application) - mandatory as per Social Care Workers Registration Board.
  • Pathways accepted include:
  • Recognised qualification route, or
  • Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
  • Full, clean driving licence with minimum two years’ driving experience.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
