Social Account Senior Executive, D2C

We are seeking a results-driven Social Account Senior Executive to manage a dedicated portfolio of brand accounts and drive Social Commerce growth. This role requires expertise in advising clients on Affiliate Marketing and AI Livestream solutions, coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, and leveraging real-time data to optimize performance and deliver maximum ROI.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of brand accounts, working directly with clients throughout the entire campaign lifecycle—from brief intake and execution to post-campaign review and performance evaluation.
  • Advise and propose Affiliate Marketing and AI Livestream solutions aligned with each brand’s GMV, ROI, scaling, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of Social Commerce campaigns, including:
  • Affiliate bookings, open affiliate programs, and KOC seeding.
  • AI Livestream operations: setting up live slots, SKUs, vouchers, CTA flows, and content direction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (AI Live Operations, Creator/MCN, E-commerce, Finance) to ensure timely delivery, content quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real time; proactively propose optimization strategies to improve GMV, ROI, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic reports, consolidate insights and learnings, and present results along with actionable recommendations for subsequent campaign phases.
  • Handle operational issues and risks during campaign execution while building and maintaining long-term, trusted partnerships with brand clients.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
  • Proven experience working directly with brands and the creator ecosystem, including creators/KOLs/KOCs or MCNs.
  • Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Livestream Commerce models; experience with AI Livestream is a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience tracking and optimizing KPIs, GMV, ROI, and run-rate.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously; proactive, accountable, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Very willing to learn every day, easy to manage and highly collaborative.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
