NVIDIA is hiring a recent college graduate SOC Hardware Engineer to analyze, architect, and design next generation SoC and networking solutions. We are looking for special individuals with a passion and desire to deliver innovative products. Together, we will build the next generation of life changing SoC's. What you'll be doing:
Working with HW and SW Architects and designers to determine optimal microarchitectures and design tradeoffs.
Identifying micro-architectural solutions for connectivity, coherency, power management, security, memory management and other SOC level issues.
Understanding and helping drive implementation of bus protocols, networking protocols, memory access and security solutions across a range of products.
Modeling, analyzing and explaining the performance and power advantages of Nvidia chips and guide customers and firmware engineers to extract the most performance from micro-architectural structures.
What We Need To See:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Coursework and/or projects focused on computer architecture, performance, and system design.
Clear understanding of the performance, power and security implications of micro-architectural features.
Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
A drive to continuously learn and expand architectural and micro-architectural breadth and depth.
Excellent coding and algorithmic thinking skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 100,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 1, and 116,000 USD - 189,750 USD for Level 2.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
