Snr Analyst, Cyber Security Service Assurance

To work with Cyber Security PMO and Tech Finance to support business leads on all matters relating to contract and cost data. Drive various spend analytics initiatives to assist management decisions and to help identify efficiencies to the business. Identify opportunities to improve internal performance by optimizing processes, facilitating change and exploiting information technology to meet Cyber Security Office objectives. Perform business analysis activities to define needs, develop the benefits case for change or process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help Cyber Security Office to meet the need for clear, accurate and timely financial and business information on projects,
• Prepare and publish monthly reports to CSO stakeholders to show costing progress – plan budget, prepare forecasts and track financials and manage operational budgets. 
• Pull the data from repositories; Support business information systems, create 
dashboards
• Ensure that commercial transactions are managed effectively and in a timely manner - this includes ensuring payments, purchase orders, cross charging, etc. are all executed correctly and in a timely manner, any issues are addressed,
• Provide financial analysis expertise and insight into the development of strategies,
• Ensure that key vendors utilized within CSO are managed appropriately – participate in a regular structured commercial performance reviews, monitor alignment with agreed contracts and raise any related risks, issues ensuring proper escalations,
• Look for improvements and efficiencies on day to day reporting by automating as much as possible

Why you?
Basic Qualifications: 

• Master degree in Finance and/or Computer Science or related,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Analyst or Controlling Specialist in Business/Finance or similar
• Fluent English, effective communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Proficient in MS Excel. Should be equipped with advanced excel functionalities,
• Able to produce clear and concise management reports,
• Attention to detail; ability to review various information analytically; logical approach that develops in-process checks to identify quickly whether data aligns with expectations, 
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal),
• Ability to navigate across multiple systems and collaborate across different departments

• Familiarity with financial processes (especially Purchase to Pay / Month end Process / Reporting / Budgeting & Planning), 
• Team worker able to build trusting and productive business relationships with staff from a variety of backgrounds within Cyber Security Office,
• Power BI would be an advantage
