SMT Process Engineer

Job Overview（工作描述）  

SMT工艺改善提升SMT良率，带领技术员处理产线日常发生的问题。

Improve the SMT process to enhance SMT yield, and lead technicians to address daily issues occurring on the production line.

This position reports to SMT Engineering Supervisor and based in Shanghai plant.

 

Responsibilities (工作职责)

As the job posting title, you will（主要工作职责如下）:

1. Be familiar with the entire manufacturing process flow of SMT

熟悉SMT整个制造工艺流程。

2. Familiar with FUJI NXT equipment and have a certain understanding of Flexa programming software. Understand the working principles of SPI and AOI, able to handle problems in practical use, and preferably able to write programs to adjust the database. Alternatively, have strong learning ability and can quickly master these skills.

熟悉 FUJI NXT设备，并对Flexa编程软件有一定了解。了解 SPI 和AOI工作原理，可以处理实际使用中的问题，能编写程式调整数据库者为佳。或者有较强的学习能力，可以很快掌握这些技能。

3. Proficient in handling anomalies during the SMT production process and providing solutions. Work with the technician team to handle daily tasks and lead the team to maintain the production line yield.

可以熟练处理SMT制作过程中的异常，提供解决方案。与技术员团队一起处理日常工作，并带领技术员团队维护好产线良率。

4. Based on the AD drawings and process design, develop SOPs and WIs to guide the production line workers in their operations.

编辑SOP和WI，指导产线员工作业。

5. Possess project experience and leading a team to complete project improvements independently.

有做项目经验，可以单独带领团队完成项目改善。

6. Possess stress resistance and self-adjustment skills, and be able to communicate effectively with other departments.

有抗压力和自我调整能力，可以和其他部门有良好的沟通。

7. English proficiency is good, with the ability to write and communicate.

英文良好，可以书写和交流。

 

Basic Qualifications（任职资格）:

• Bachelor's degree or above

本科以上学历。

• Over 5 years of SMT work experience

5年以上SMT工作经验。  

• Experience in solving process issues or leading a team independently to improve projects

有工艺问题解决的项目经历或者有独立领导团队进行项目改善的经历。

 

Desired Characteristics（相关要求）:

• Must possess skills in SMT equipment and processes

必须具备SMT设备和工艺的技能

• Be familiar with SMT machine operation and process parameter setting

熟悉SMT机器操作和工艺参数设置。

• Familiar with Fuji NXT machine, DEK printing machine, and Heller reflow oven

熟悉富士NXT机、DEK印刷机、Heller回流焊。
