Your role:

We are currently looking for a SMT Process Engineer who will be part of the manufacturing engineering team with the following responsibilities:

  • Programming of placement machines (ASM) in order to introduce new products in SMT production;

  • Lead/perform prototype builds on SMT lines;

  • Optimization of programs and setups to assure production efficiency and cycle time reduction

  • Support and implement engineering changes on SMT

  • Ensure effective communication with project team, operations, PC&L and manufacturing engineering

  • Actively support problem solving projects

  • Assist in FTQ improvement and scrap reduction

Your Background:

  • Degree in Electronic/Industrial/Production Engineering or similar;

  • Knowledge of SMT Process and/or experience on automotive industry;

  • Knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel;

  • Proactive and dynamic personality with good communication and teamwork skills;

  • Good English skills (both spoken and written);

  • Problem Solving and data interpretation/analysis abilities;

  • Acquainted with PCB assembly drawings and components’ BOM (Bill of materials) is a plus
