Your role:
We are currently looking for a SMT Process Engineer who will be part of the manufacturing engineering team with the following responsibilities:
Programming of placement machines (ASM) in order to introduce new products in SMT production;
Lead/perform prototype builds on SMT lines;
Optimization of programs and setups to assure production efficiency and cycle time reduction
Support and implement engineering changes on SMT
Ensure effective communication with project team, operations, PC&L and manufacturing engineering
Actively support problem solving projects
Assist in FTQ improvement and scrap reduction
Your Background:
Degree in Electronic/Industrial/Production Engineering or similar;
Knowledge of SMT Process and/or experience on automotive industry;
Knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel;
Proactive and dynamic personality with good communication and teamwork skills;
Good English skills (both spoken and written);
Problem Solving and data interpretation/analysis abilities;
Acquainted with PCB assembly drawings and components’ BOM (Bill of materials) is a plus
