Key Business Partner to Operations Lead for Supply chain hub based in Singapore, Australia & New Zealand
Supervise, guide and lead the indirect support staff out of the ROA across multiple finance functions based in India and China
Drive monthly/quarterly/annually financial forecast and other budgeting activities for APAC Supply chain hub and repair center hub
Perform deep dive analysis into expenses, prepare monthly KPI reporting and explain variances to regional management
Conduct analysis of freight and warehousing including cost drivers / mode / freight lane, maintain BU allocations / charges and provide strategic advice to warehouse/transportation departments
Focal point of finance to drive Supply chain operation excellence activities such as Continuous Improvement projects, Excess & Obsolete stock management, and other initiatives
Consolidate and publish APAC Inventory and Excess & Obsolete Report, support planners in reducing excess inventory and driving alignment with global targets
