THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re growing our U.S. presence and looking for a driven, authentic, and resourceful SMB Sales Executive to join our Client Sales team in New York. In this inside, full-cycle sales role, you’ll own the entire new business process for the Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) market - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new logos. If you’re a self-starter who loves building relationships, solving problems, and winning in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

YOUR IMPACT

You’ll be responsible for driving Wellhub’s growth in the SMB segment by developing scalable, high-velocity sales strategies. In this role, you will:

  • Prospect with Purpose: Identify, research, and tenaciously pursue new B2B opportunities through calls, emails, social outreach, and creative channels.
  • Build Pipeline with Creativity: Use innovative outreach tactics to connect with prospective clients and spark meaningful conversations.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead deals from first touch to close—running discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and consistently hitting revenue targets.
  • Solve Problems, Not Just Sell: Understand customer pain points deeply and position Wellhub as a strategic partner, not a widget.
  • Win as One Team: Bring a competitive edge and collaborative mindset—celebrating your own wins while contributing to a culture of shared success.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a resilient, ambitious, and metrics-driven salesperson who thrives in fast-moving environments. You take initiative, stay curious, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your day-to-day work. You also bring:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong track record of success in new business acquisition.
  • SaaS or PaaS sales experience, or equivalent experience in a related B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with genuine curiosity, active listening ability, and an authentic approach with prospects.
  • A self-starter mentality: you don’t wait for direction—you create momentum, find solutions, and drive outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, paired with strong organization, adaptability, and optimism.
  • High coachability, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • A passion for wellbeing and helping people live healthier, happier lives.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $83,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
