Salary Range:  £35,000 - £37,500 per year (£55,000 - £57,500 OTE)

Work Location: London - Hybrid (working from our London office twice a week)

The Role

As the SMB Account Manager at Fixflo, you will be deeply integrated within our Account Management team and heavily reliant on a process and data-driven approach to revenue expansion.
 

You will work with a book of business made up of 1,500+ SMB customers. As a cohort, they represent the largest number of our customers but need proactive engagement to maximise their use of Fixflo. This cohort has a lot of untapped potential, as some customers haven’t been reviewed for several years. You will have two main responsibilities:

  • Develop and proactively grow our offering within this portfolio via cross-selling and upselling the Fixflo suite of products
  • Work proactively and negotiate reactively with the customers to reduce churn and downsells, understanding their challenges and finding solutions with the help of our customer training academy or the Customer Success team


This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and go-getting individual. You will have the scope to find new opportunities by engaging customers to improve product adoption and engagement to realise maximum value. You will project manage upsells/new-product sales, including our contractor marketplace, using your best consultative sales skills to ensure we resolve our customers’ pain points while contributing to our commercial success. 
 

You will work within the Customer Success team, which includes Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Customer Onboarding team and Support Executives. You will report directly to Fixflo’s Account Director.

Essential skills and experience:

  • You're someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships. 
  • You have proven consultative selling skills and can demonstrate Fixflo's suite of products and services in an engaging, proactive and value-led way to grow existing SMB clients outside of the contract renewal process.
  • You have the determination to work methodically through a large list of opportunities
  • You can negotiate and successfully close deals, fact-finding to prevent churn and drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities to grow SMB accounts to mid-market.
  • You think commercially but remain a customer-focused, solution-driven champion
  • You can maintain accurate client records, keeping track of all contract updates and renewals.
  • Proficient with Salesforce
