Salary Range: £35,000 - £37,500 per year (£55,000 - £57,500 OTE)

The Role
As the SMB Account Manager at Fixflo, you will be deeply integrated within our Account Management team and heavily reliant on a process and data-driven approach to revenue expansion.
You will work with a book of business made up of 1,500+ SMB customers. As a cohort, they represent the largest number of our customers but need proactive engagement to maximise their use of Fixflo. This cohort has a lot of untapped potential, as some customers haven’t been reviewed for several years. You will have two main responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for a tenacious and go-getting individual. You will have the scope to find new opportunities by engaging customers to improve product adoption and engagement to realise maximum value. You will project manage upsells/new-product sales, including our contractor marketplace, using your best consultative sales skills to ensure we resolve our customers’ pain points while contributing to our commercial success.
You will work within the Customer Success team, which includes Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Customer Onboarding team and Support Executives. You will report directly to Fixflo’s Account Director.
