This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a high-performing CX Overlay AE in Small Business to join our Contact Center Practice. This role is strictly focused on new logo acquisition within the Small Business segment, driving the adoption of our disruptive AI-first solution, RingCX. If you thrive on identifying untapped opportunities and closing high-velocity deals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is your seat.
Job Responsibilities:
Aggressive New Logo Acquisition: Drive revenue growth by identifying and winning new customers within the Small Business segment, positioning RingCX as the premier solution for their contact center needs.
Be the Trusted RingCX Advisor: Communicate and demonstrate the value of RingCentral’s AI-first Contact Center portfolio—including RingCX, Workforce Engagement, and omnichannel capabilities—to senior stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
Pipeline Generation & Evangelism: Partner closely with internal Small Business Sales teams (AE’s) to increase RingCX mindshare, provide sales enablement, and execute aggressive outbound GTM strategies.
Execute Winning Territory Plans: Build and execute strategic territory and opportunity plans to penetrate the Small Business market, collaborating with SEs, Channel Managers, and Marketing.
Craft Tailored CX Solutions: Align RingCX and Unified Communications offerings to specific customer challenges, solving for the unique "speed-to-lead" and service requirements of small businesses.
Drive AI Strategy: Help small businesses modernize by articulating how RingCX AI (RingSense) automates workflows, improves agent performance, and drives immediate ROI.
Forecast with Precision: Manage your funnel health with high accuracy, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly new business quotas.
Leverage the Channel: Partner with VARs and strategic alliances to identify new market opportunities and accelerate the velocity of new business deals
Desired Qualifications:
Proven New Business Success: A track record of exceeding quotas in cloud Contact Center or SaaS sales, specifically focusing on high-volume new logo acquisition.
Small Business Mastery: Ability to navigate short sales cycles and develop quick rapport with business owners and technical stakeholders.
Strategic Selling: Experience selling to Line-of-Business leaders and IT decision-makers who need to see immediate value.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of CCaaS, AI-driven communications, and the UCaaS landscape.
High Energy & Self-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage a high volume of active deals without compromising on detail or follow-through.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
