THE JOB:
Join our team as a Slot Technician, where you will take on hands‑on work rebuilding slot games, completing shop repairs, and mastering the latest gaming devices and systems, all while delivering exceptional guest service. This role offers an exciting, fast‑paced environment where your technical abilities can shine and grow. While prior slot‑tech experience is required, we welcome candidates with related mechanical, electrical, or troubleshooting backgrounds who are eager to learn.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Performs repairs as needed on slot machines and related equipment focusing on customer service. Performs preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of slot machines and peripheral devices
Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property
Coordinates with the Slot Operations staff to ensure maximum operating efficiency
Promotes the company’s goals and values
Ensures all slot machines on the casino floor are operating according to company standards
Rebuilds parts/equipment during down times, and maintains the parts inventory as assigned
Circulates through assigned area performing repairs as necessary
Ensures that all slot/storage areas are cleaned and organized
Prioritizes workload to meet business demands
Responsible for the initial set-up and testing of all new slot products
Observes all CCC/DGE and company policies and procedures
Assists in the training of subordinates, and the development of new methods and techniques for training manuals
Responsible for the security of keys and all issued tools and equipment needed to perform the function of the position
Completes all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly
Delivers superior customer service when repairing any equipment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma or GED is Required
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Required
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting is Preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$23.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
