Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Slate Coordinator, CRM & Enrollment Systems. - Boca Raton, FL.
The Slate Coordinator, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Enrollment Systems position serves as a critical partner in advancing recruitment, admission, and enrollment goals by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Slate system functionality.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide Slate system configuration and support by generating and maintaining product solutions, including but not limited to forms, templates, portals, and queries.
Serve as the first point of contact for Slate users, providing troubleshooting and support before escalating complex issues.
Assist with user permissions, role management, and security audits.
Remain knowledgeable about Slate updates, support new feature implementations, and system testing (UAT).
Review data management & quality assurance within Slate and data integrations
Support recruitment, admission, and transfer enrollment efforts through designing and implementing communication campaigns (email/SMS) for recruitment, application completion, yield, and onboarding.
Provide system support, training, and guidance for event-based recruitment practices, including but not limited to recruitment events, virtual sessions, campus visits, and other engagement activities.
Assist with application review workflows and checklists.
Provide reporting and analytics support by creating, editing, and delivering reports on funnel metrics, inquiries, application trends, yield, transfer pathways, and partnership outcomes.
Develop ad-hoc queries and snapshots for various constituents
Create step-by-step job aids, reference guides, data dictionaries, and process maps.
Provide training and support for new Slate users; assist in presenting Slate updates at internal meetings.
Help maintain the CRM knowledge base to ensure consistency across teams.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization from an accredited institution and two years of appropriate experience; or a Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization from an accredited institution required.Salary:
