The Server is responsible for describing the selection of food and beverage items to guests, offering engaging and detailed explanations of each item’s origin, taste profile, and preparation method. They accurately communicate guest orders—including special requests—to the kitchen using the hotel’s point‑of‑sale system, coordinate proper food timing, and verify that completed dishes match the original order.
The Server anticipates guest needs, ensures satisfaction, and responds promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests. Additional responsibilities include upselling menu items, processing payments correctly, completing side work, and maintaining their assigned section with efficiency and urgency.
What you will do
