Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator (PI) to support a Product Support (PS) Global Patriot portfolio of European Command (EUCOM) programs reporting directly to the PS International Patriot Associate Director. This role will assist PS EUCOM Program Managers across the EUCOM portfolio in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities to include coordination of proposals, business plans, and budgets for the programs, establishment of cost-focused performance targets, and directing work to achieve program objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Advocate for and implement program management plans, budgets, and resource allocation to drive the integration of contract cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

  • Promote effective communication and collaboration between program stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

  • Organize and participate in regular program meetings and provide input on program performance, action items and improvement opportunities.

  • Evaluate financial performance against budget and forecasts, offering insights and recommendations for cost control and optimization.

  • Develop and review cost proposals and prepare Submit Gate and Start-up Gate packages for management review and approval.

  • Prepare, update, and monitor program schedules, analysis, and reporting documentation in compliance with contract requirements, the earned value management system (EVMS), and company policies and procedures.

  • Support management of risk and opportunity (R&O) processes, planning, assessment, prioritization, development and implementation of handling plans, monitoring progress, and tracking and reporting R&O.

  • Expect to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

  • PMP or Program Manager Level 6 certification or higher or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • Raytheon Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • Prior Management and or Leadership experience

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required on Day 1

  • *Must have successfully completed an RTX SkillBridge Internship Program*

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.

  • Experience in developing and reviewing program artifacts such as resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs).

  • Knowledge and proficiency working in an Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment, along with familiarity with RTX Global Mobility and international program processes.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, complemented by excellent business communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common program management tools / systems (PMX, Risk Register, etc.).
