Job Description:
Mandatory:
• In-depth experience in the iSeries (AS400) platform
• In-depth knowledge of iSeries tools, RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2, and SQL
Mandatory Skills• Experience in development/ enhancements/ production support
• In-depth experience in the iSeries platform (AS400 system-related knowledge – jobs, queues, subsystems, programs, files)
• In-depth knowledge of iSeries tools, RPG, CL, DB2, SQL, and debugging
• Troubleshooting skills for issues and support – debugging programs, file analysis, query writing
General Requirements• Experience managing and supporting multiple applications
• Good to have ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge (certification preferred)
• Experience handling production issue tickets and awareness of SLAs
• Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-demand support during month-end and year-end activities
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Good presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English)
• Ability to plan and facilitate client-facing meetings
• Proven ability to assist team members with technical troubleshooting and escalations where expert help is needed
• Experience mentoring and developing team members to grow technical and professional capabilities
