Concentrix is looking for a Sitecore Engineering Manager to lead delivery across digital experience platforms (DXP) within our Center of Excellence (CoE).
This role will drive end-to-end engineering, migrations, managed services, and modernization programs across Sitecore (legacy → XM Cloud / headless), with strong ownership of Azure-based architecture, infrastructure sizing, and performance engineering
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Leadership
• Own end-to-end delivery of Sitecore programs (build, run, optimize)
• Lead migration & modernization initiatives (XP/XM → XM Cloud, Headless, composable DXP)
• Manage managed services portfolios with SLA/KPI ownership
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across implementations
Technical & Architecture Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience across:
o Sitecore XP / XM (8.x, 9.x, 10.x)
o XM Cloud, Headless (JSS, Next.js), composable architecture
• Deep understanding of:
o Helix architecture principles
o API-first integrations & middleware
• Define architecture, code quality, and DevOps standards
• Design and manage Azure-based Sitecore architectures, including:
o App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions
o Azure SQL, Cosmos DB (exposure), Redis Cache
o Azure CDN, Front Door, Application Gateway
• Strong experience in:
o Environment sizing, capacity planning, and cost optimization
o Performance tuning & load handling strategies
o CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Exposure to cloud-native & SaaS deployment models (XM Cloud)
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as technical leader for client engagements
• Translate business needs into scalable DXP solutions
• Collaborate with CX, analytics, and integration teams
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposals
Required Skills
• 10–12 years in enterprise web / DXP engineering, with strong Sitecore experience
• Proven track record in development, managed services, and migration programs
• Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture & infra sizing
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs
• Experience in headless, composable, and SaaS-based architectures
• Strong people leadership & stakeholder management skills

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
