Linxon is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) efforts across our renewable energy EPC projects. What will you do?

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain full HSE governance structure across the project.

  • Ensure compliance with the AtkinsRéalis BlueBook and applicable HSE legislation.

  • Oversee implementation of HSE auditing and reporting into Linxon’s Global Incident Database.

  • Monitor and ensure timely closure of corrective actions from audits and inspections.

Risk Management

  • Ensure HSE risk identification and control measures are applied throughout all stages of the internal value chain.

  • Review and oversee Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Stepback Cards, and Behavioral Safety Interactions for alignment with safety protocols.

Behavioral Safety & Culture

  • Drive behavioral change through HSE programs, initiatives, and training.

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and gain commitment to Linxon’s HSE efforts.

Site Supervision & Support

  • Provide proactive site support through regular audits, inspections, and hands-on guidance.

  • Consistently oversee daily contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Balance managerial oversight with field presence (80% site-based / 20% office-based).

Who you are?

  • ​Over 10 years of dedicated experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) roles, primarily within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments

  • Comprehensive understanding of general HSE regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards, ISO frameworks, and local compliance mandates

  • University-level education in a relevant HSE discipline or equivalent professional certification (e.g., OSHA)

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong technical and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven leadership capabilities with a natural ability to guide, influence, and develop high-performing safety teams

  • Skilled motivator with a track record of fostering a proactive safety culture and driving behavioral change across diverse workforces

  • Effective communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver impactful safety training, briefings, and reports

  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in dynamic, high-risk environments

  • Experienced in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses

  • Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning HSE strategies with business objectives to reduce incidents and enhance performance

  • Bilingual Spanish and English
