About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative squad that includes a Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Development Lead, Developers, and Testers. Our squad model encourages teamwork, shared responsibility, and efficient delivery—everyone contributes to achieving a common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple teams with CI/CD delivery (Git branching, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Design and maintain versioning, branching, and build pipelines
Prepare and maintain environments (Kubernetes upgrades, VM upgrades)
Manage and upgrade Docker base images and rebuild processes
Maintain and improve CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub, automation)
Automate repetitive tasks with an automation-first mindset
Define, standardize, and document build and rebuild workflows
Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Use AI tools to improve productivity
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git
Strong knowledge of designing CI Jobs & workflows multi-repositories
Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Scripting skills in Shell/Bash, PowerShell, and Python
Experience with microservices architectures
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Strong understanding of CI best practices (code reviews, coverage, TDD)
Strong automation, documentation, and communication skills
Accountabilities:
Interface competently with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
Keep abreast of new technology developments.
