Play a key role in a team committed to improving patient experiences throughout clinical trials. Your responsibilities as a Trial Patient Payment Associate II will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of patient payment processes.

A day in the Life:

  • Manage patient payment inquiries and issues promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes
  • Experience with payment systems

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional travel may be necessary.
