As a Site Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of Intel's state-of-the-art facilities. Your contributions will directly impact the day-to-day experiences of Intel employees, enabling them to thrive in a safe, productive, and inspiring environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of contractors, ensuring services and assets are operated efficiently and meet service level agreements. 
  • Supervise site-specific projects executed through contractors, aligning with organizational goals and external funding requirements. 
  • Manage contracts and suppliers for key services, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), transportation, cafeterias, and other building operations. 
  • Ensure campus and building maintenance, including roofs, walls, landscaping, facade cleaning, pest control, and structural upkeep, through supplier partnerships. 
  • Represent site-specific scope areas in infrastructure projects, from initiation to room acceptance. 
  • Manage incident response and communication processes to minimize service interruptions. 
  • Audit equipment, fixtures, and systems regularly to ensure consistency with contractual obligations and global service standards. 
  • Inspect building structures, forecast repairs or renovations, and recommend actionable solutions. 
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans for projects and services. 
  • Monitor and manage site operational budgets, identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency. 
  • Partner with procurement teams to assess supplier performance and manage KPIs and scorecard metrics. 
  • Lead capital equipment and space renovation roadmaps for assigned services. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for site operations during mergers, acquisitions, and new facility development projects. 
  • Provide project management services, including requirement gathering, assessments, milestone planning, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. 

Minimum Qualifications:


Education: An Associate's or a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or project/program management including:

  • Proficiency in supplier management and contract performance assessment. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes and protocols. 
  • Familiarity with site operations procedures and practices. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of combined experience in facilities management, engineering, operations, and/or project/program management. 
  • Experience in supplier contracting, negotiation, and management techniques. 
  • Expertise in leveraging data visualization and business automation tools to drive operational improvements. 
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align organizational objectives through effective communication and negotiation strategies. 
  • Proven leadership experience in managing visible programs and cross-functional collaborations.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $86,300.00-169,860.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
