We are hiring an Associate Operations Process Analyst to support the development of a data-driven operations environment. This role will focus on building dashboards, monitoring performance, and surfacing issues to the appropriate teams.
You will help create visibility into operational health, identify trends or gaps, and ensure the right stakeholders are informed. This is a strong entry-to-mid level role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in how data can improve real-world operations.
Location: This role is an in-person opportunity located at our South San Francisco, CA HQ. We will support relocation should you need it!

The starting cash range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
