Responsible for following down calls & all assigned field activities. Ensure to share all update with central stakeholders as required. Also, responsible to drive all field related tasks. Ensure to keep Master Database updated as per the forthcoming field changes. Responsible for smooth field coordination and ensure all site agreements to be renewed before expiry. Responsible to maintain upkeep of all ATMs within assigned region and to ensure early resolution of field dependent issues. Ensure to provide early resolution for customer escalations and to keep customer updated regarding progress on the highlighted issues.
Impact - Backfill is requested for SBI,BOB & KBL project uptime & transaction improvement & if not hired, the client deliverable will impact and revenue loss of $100K per month. Risk of Penalties & Customer escalation due to degradation in coverage & service level due to delayed hiring .
