Fabletics is looking for a Site Marketing Manager (Fabletics Mens) to support the execution of site marketing experiences across campaigns, launches, and key moments for the men’s business. This role will be responsible for translating brand and marketing strategies into engaging, conversion-driven site experiences that balance storytelling, product education, and performance.

You’ll support the site as a key marketing channel, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, and Ecomm Ops teams to ensure the site shows up cohesively, on-brand, and optimized for business results.

This role is ideal for a strong marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, commerce, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of site marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments for Fabletics Men.

  • Translate brand and marketing priorities into homepage, landing page, and on-site storytelling.

  • Execute site campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to launch to optimization.

  • Partner with Brand, Creative, and Site Merch teams to ensure consistent messaging, product focus, and visual storytelling.

  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to help balance brand storytelling with conversion performance.

  • Support site marketing best practices, including asset hierarchy, messaging cadence, and customer journey.

  • Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies to deliver on-time launches.

  • Monitor performance and customer behavior, using insights to support optimization of site experiences.

  • Contribute to planning and post-launch reviews, sharing learnings and recommendations.

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in site marketing or e-commerce marketing.

  • Experience supporting homepage and landing page experiences for a consumer brand.

  • Experience executing campaigns and launches across digital channels.

  • Experience partnering with Creative, Brand, Merch, and Ecomm Ops teams.

  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to interpret performance and support optimization.

  • Experience supporting a specific category or business (e.g., men’s) is a plus.

  • Retail, fashion, or activewear experience preferred.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $94,000-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
