Responsibilities Include:

Provide report on the Diageo Dash Board and review scores; preparation and submission of reports:
Buying Negotiation
Effective negotiation through the use of appropriate negotiation techniques, to ensure cost savings.
Evaluation of supplier quotes and supplier selection based on quality, cost and promptness of deliveries.
Ensure necessary agreements / contracts are available and renewed at the appropriate time
Ensure Monthly ABP Invoicing and any non-contract sales is done timely and Collections done as per the credit period agreements
Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning, and Health and Safety requirements, particularly regarding the operation of equipment, manual handling and Work Health and Safety.
Produce accurate and well planned Health and Safety risk assessments documenting safe systems of work for use throughout the site by all process technician staff.
Set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standards for staff, conducting probation review and appraisals and dealing with staff discipline issues appropriately, through timely interviews and investigation, referring to the Country Manager / Business Development Manager forsupport.
Monitor working time, working with the Business Development Manager to ensure that overtime and casual- worker timesheets are completed correctly, meeting payrolldeadlines.
Monitor and manage staff absence and turnover, ensuring flexible cover can be arranged at short notice, and promoting good staff attendance at all times through appropriate absence management techniques including home visits, return‐to‐work meetings and appropriate interviewing and investigation of absence issues
Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, keeping check of what will be required and placing orders to maintain stock levels.
In liaison with Product Specialist in other Diversey department including the Business Development Manager and suppliers, test new products and equipment and obtain best value on purchases.
•Understand the needs of, and build excellent relationships with the site staff including the Customer Service Engineer, Business Development Manager, Brewing Manager, Packaging Manager, Asset care manager, procurement team, promoting an attractive service delivery.
In liaison with the Business Development Manager and Technical Support Manager, ensure technician staff understand and follow security procedures, locking up when work is completed and reporting any breaches of security.
