SUMMARY

The Site Management Administrator (SMA) is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service through a consistent customer-centric approach, with a focus on precision delivery and flexibility to meet customer expectations. The SMA supports both the Project Team and Clinical Trials Investigator sites from study set-up through to study close-out, and all ongoing studies with tasks as needed and defined by the Project Team or ACM client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the issue and QC of Alert notifications.
  • Supports site day-to-day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issuing on-demand patient reports and manages alert notifications as required by the study.
  • Supports and performs set up duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial, as well as supports site day to day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports.
  • Provides web portal account login information and support for end users.
  • Supports all subcontractor results and data entry into ACM LIMS database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in preferred in health care or a scientific concentration
  • Experience from laboratory and/or highly regulated environments
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing, word processing, and ACM LIS & LIMS systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively influence others, work in a team environment, and to collaborate across lines of business and functions.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
