Member of Stoneridge Operations Management Group. Participate in the groups’ strategic and operational work.
Operational ownership of management system used at site.
Develop and improve operations at site by creating a Business Plan each year with KPI’s (financial and non-financial) and Strategic Action Plans. Plan and gather resources, perform follow-up and take actions.
Develop the organization and the individual employees at site.
Responsible for security, safety, real estate issues, environmental and occupational health issues, HR/Union matters and local policies according to requirements at the site. These responsibilities may be delegated to other employees at site.
Contacts with local authorities, media, and unions together with HR.
