• Provide strategic leadership and full P&L accountability for all Dubai MRO operations, overseeing the end-to-end performance, direction, and long-term competitiveness of the site across Interiors, Advanced Structures, and Power & Controls.
• Shape and drive the site’s long-term operational strategy (1–3+ years), ensuring alignment with regional and global business priorities while defining short- and medium-term execution plans to achieve financial, operational, and customer commitments.
• Serve as the overall Accountable Manager for the Dubai MRO, owning regulatory, quality, compliance, and people leadership requirements across multiple business units, and ensuring the site consistently operates at the highest industry and RTX standards.
• Direct compliance and regulatory strategy with the GCAA, EASA, FAA, CAAS, and other authorities, ensuring a proactive, audit-ready posture and resolving complex compliance challenges through deep investigation and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop, own, and manage the site’s annual and multi year budgets, including labour, materials, and capital planning, ensuring margin expansion, cost optimization, and effective resource allocation.
• Set and drive performance expectations for safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring systemic improvements that elevate customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and delivered quality metrics.
• Lead the execution of major operational improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, applying the RTX CORE operating system to strengthen competitiveness, streamline processes, and implement best-practice standards across the site.
• Guide and influence the site leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance while enabling effective execution of strategic and operational plans.
• Own workforce planning and organizational capability development, ensuring strong talent pipelines, succession plans for critical roles, and development strategies that support long-term business needs.
• Partner across global and regional functions, including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support—to advance enterprise priorities, fulfill customer commitments, and support major commercial and company-funded programs.
• Ensure strategic EH&S and regulatory compliance, advancing initiatives that safeguard employees, mitigate operational risk, and build a sustained safety culture across all workstreams.
• Champion ethical conduct and governance, ensuring adherence to RTX’s Code of Ethics, global trade regulations, and all applicable business policies through transparent communication and leadership.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging data, analytics, and operational insights to identify system-level opportunities and implement scalable improvements across business units.
• Perform additional executive responsibilities as required to support site or regional wide objectives.
