Site Integration Manufacturing Business Operations Analyst

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Site Integration Manufacturing Business Operations Analyst to support the STL Site Integration Team in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Analyze data to interpret trends and utilize analysis to aid site leadership in implementing solutions to improve manufacturing utilization

·         Works with functional partners to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish organization objectives

·         Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

·         Works under general direction

 This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location.

 Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

·         3+ years of experience in Data Analysis

·         3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

·         3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

·         3+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher

·         3+ years project management experience

·         3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building relationships, and proficiency in written and verbal communication
