How will you make your impact?

As a Site HSE Supervisor at Linxon, you are the on‑site authority responsible for leading, enforcing, and controlling health, safety, and environmental performance across active project sites. You take direct ownership of daily HSE execution, ensuring work is planned, authorized, and carried out safely and in full compliance with Linxon standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Acting on behalf of Linxon, you actively intervene to prevent unsafe acts and conditions, drive consistent safe behaviors, and ensure hazards are identified, risks are controlled, and compliance is visible and sustainable from mobilization through project completion.

What will you do?

  • Lead day‑to‑day HSE execution on site by directing contractors and site personnel, setting clear safety expectations, and maintaining full control of safe work practices from shift start through task completion.

  • Conduct and document daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE communications, ensuring risks, controls, PPE requirements, and work permits are clearly understood before work begins.

  • Verify work readiness prior to execution by confirming training records, certifications, equipment inspections, permits, lift plans, and site conditions are fully compliant and approved.

  • Actively monitor site activities and intervene immediately to correct unsafe acts or conditions, including stopping work when necessary to protect people, equipment, and the environment.

  • Perform routine site safety inspections, audits, and walkdowns to identify hazards, verify controls, and ensure jobsite cleanliness, environmental protections, and equipment compliance are maintained.

  • Ensure contractor HSE documentation is accurate, approved, and properly recorded within project systems, maintaining traceable and audit‑ready records throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Enforce incident and near‑miss reporting requirements by ensuring prompt notification, accurate entry into Enablon, and participation in investigations through corrective action closure.

  • Train, coach, and mentor site personnel and contractors on safe work practices, hazard identification, and Linxon HSE expectations, actively strengthening site safety culture through visible leadership.

  • Monitor environmental and sustainability metrics such as safe work hours, fuel usage, waste segregation, and spill prevention controls to support regulatory compliance and sustainability objectives.

  • Maintain emergency preparedness by ensuring emergency equipment, evacuation plans, and permit‑to‑work systems remain current, functional, and aligned with site conditions.

  • Coordinate closely with construction, project management, engineering, and quality teams to align HSE controls with changing site activities and execution plans.

  • Provide clear and accurate HSE reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and support internal, client, and regulatory audits and inspections as required.

Who you are?

  • You are an experienced site‑based HSE professional with a strong background supporting EPC, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.

  • You are confident acting as the HSE authority on site, directing contractors and enforcing compliance rather than observing from the sidelines.

  • You are knowledgeable in applicable HSE regulations, standards, and best practices and know how to apply them in active construction environments.

  • You are experienced in conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking through closure.

  • You are comfortable working independently in dynamic site conditions and making timely, risk‑based decisions.

  • You are a clear communicator who can deliver practical safety guidance to diverse contractor workforces.

  • You are detail‑oriented and structured, ensuring documentation, permits, and records are accurate, complete, and audit‑ready.

  • You are committed to building a strong safety culture through visible leadership, coaching, and consistent enforcement.

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and capable of maintaining professional site communications and reports.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Enjoy a rewarding compensation package that reflects your contributions.
