You will be the Site GPS (Operational Excellence) Practitioner based in Pakistan, leading the deployment and day-to-day use of the GSK Production System at the site. You will work closely with site leaders and teams to embed practical continuous improvement practices. We value people who coach others, solve problems clearly, and deliver measurable improvements. Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day deployment of the GSK Production System and related improvement activities on site.
- Help align site strategy to clear improvement priorities using structured strategy deployment.
- Drive Site Improvement plan and Cost/unit improvement initiatives across the site.
- Coach and train teams to adopt GPS tools and build continuous improvement skills.
- Run site self-assessments against GPS ( maturity and lead gap closure actions.
- Use standard problem-solving methods to deliver improvements in quality, safety, service and cost.
- Support regional GPS colleagues with roll-out and share practical examples and best practice.
Education, Experience and Skill
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 -4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in areas such as production, engineering, quality, or logistics.
- Practical experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
- Ability to coach and train colleagues at different levels.
- Good English communication skills; local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (for example Orange Belt, Green Belt).
- Experience using structured problem-solving methods such as DMAIC.
- Experience leading culture change or capability development programs.
- Strong stakeholder influencing and facilitation skills.
- Project planning and execution experience.
- Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
