As part of the development of our activities in Sweden, we are recruiting Site Engineers (F/M) to strengthen our project execution capabilities.
You will join the Marine & Overseas Division and work closely with Construction Managers to ensure the proper execution, coordination and delivery of on-site civil works.
The STEGRA project, located in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steel mill and an electrolysis plant, powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The objective is to produce 5 million tonnes of high-quality green steel by 2030.
The work includes:
Water Treatment Plant (WT2)
Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)
Your main responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Review drawings and interact with engineering teams to clarify technical requirements
Prepare method statements, risk analyses and short-term schedules
Monitor quantities, productivity, progress and budget indicators
Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements and standards
Contribute to procurement (materials, equipment and technical validations)
Lead site coordination meetings and issue reports, KPIs and progress dashboards
Ensure proper hand-over, commissioning interfaces and documentation readiness
Required profile
Experience in civil works, industrial construction or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of site execution, subcontractor coordination and construction methods
Fluent English essential; experience in international projects appreciated
Rigorous, proactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
