The opportunity
As a Site Coordinator within the Service Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely execution of commissioning and maintenance activities. Your role will focus on driving continuous improvement (CIP), optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while achieving optimal project outcomes.
How you’ll make an impact
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate commissioning and maintenance work at project sites.
Support assigned field staff by creating detailed assembly schedules, considering resource availability (tools and personnel).
Monitor and document project progress, costs, and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all activities.
Identify and mitigate project risks, manage deviation reports, and implement corrective actions.
Compile, store, and archive technical documentation (e.g., test reports, project reports).
Oversee accurate billing for services rendered to customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
Technical degree in Engineering or Science
5-7 years of practical experience in site coordination and procurement.
Technical expertise in the power plant sector is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexible, assertive, and capable of leading teams in dynamic project environments.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
