As a Site Commissioning Engineer with Linxon, you will take full ownership of commissioning activities from early project planning through testing, energization, and final customer acceptance. You will be responsible for transforming engineered systems into fully operational assets by leading technical execution on site, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all commissioning works are delivered safely, on time, and to contractually required quality standards. Through strong technical leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and rigorous compliance with industry standards, you will play a critical role in achieving successful project handover, minimizing operational risk, and ensuring long‑term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
You will lead site commissioning activities from early planning through testing, energization, and final handover, ensuring delivery in line with contract, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
You will manage and coordinate commissioning engineers and subcontractors, providing clear direction, technical leadership, and performance oversight
You will develop and implement commissioning plans, detailed procedures, and method statements to drive safe and efficient execution
You will oversee commissioning progress, resolve technical issues, and lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root‑cause investigations
You will work closely with Engineering and Construction teams to support design quality, constructability, and seamless transition into commissioning
You will ensure commissioning outcomes meet customer expectations by defining acceptance criteria, supporting testing, and achieving final certification
You will ensure robust quality assurance by verifying compliance with standards, compiling testing and commissioning reports, and maintaining accurate documentation
You will manage commissioning schedules, resources, and costs, integrating commissioning activities into the overall project plan
You will identify and manage commissioning risks and opportunities, supporting variations, claims, and mitigation actions where required
You will collaborate with Supply Chain teams to ensure availability of required equipment, services, and tools to support commissioning execution
You will represent the commissioning function in project and customer meetings, providing clear communication on status, risks, and readiness
You will drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, strengthening processes, and enhancing commissioning performance across projects
Who you are?
You have 10+ years of HSE experience, primarily within EPC or construction environments
You have strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, ISO standards, and local regulatory compliance
You have a university degree in HSE or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., OSHA)
You have proven leadership ability with experience influencing teams and contractors at all levels
You have a track record of driving a proactive, behavior‑based safety culture
You have experience conducting risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and root‑cause analyses
You have the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic, high‑risk site environments
You have fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
