The Opportunity 

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Site Advisor to support students and academic operations at the assigned campus location. This position plays an important role in providing student-centered support services, assisting with daily site operations, and serving as a liaison between students, faculty, and university departments. The Site Advisor helps ensure a positive learning environment by supporting enrollment activities, coordinating classroom logistics, and assisting students with academic and administrative needs. This role is ideal for an organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative higher education environment.

Compensation 


The annual salary range for this position is up to $43,888. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. 

  

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in higher education, student services, advising, administrative support, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn university systems and technology platforms.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, and students.

  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.
