About the Project
ACCIONA delivers civil, water, rail and geotechnical infrastructure projects across Australia. The Plant and Equipment team supports this work by ensuring equipment and workshop operations run reliably. The Rutherford workshop plays an important role in keeping teams ready for the field. As Site Administrator, you support daily tasks that keep people connected and work flowing well. You join a friendly and steady environment that values teamwork.
About the Opportunity
This role supports the Rutherford workshop with daily administration that helps people stay organised and supported. You coordinate meetings and travel, manage office supplies, prepare documents, set up small events and respond to enquiries. You work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and the wider Plant and Equipment team. Your ability to stay organised, follow tasks through and communicate clearly helps create a dependable environment where the team feels supported.
