Job Overview:
As a Site Activation & Administrative Coordinator, under general supervision, you will perform tasks at a country level associated with site activation activities.
These activities will be in accordance with applicable local and/or international regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements and contractual/budgetary guidelines.
You will review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, under guidance of senior staff, along with preparing site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
Along with reviewing, tracking, and following up the progress, the approval and execution of documents, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents. Coupled with distributing completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
You will also support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors
Ability to work on multiple projects
English proficiency (professional working level required)
Advanced German (spoken and written)
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with DocuSign is a nice to have
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
