What you’ll do:
Join the team of People Partnering reporting directly Retail People Partnering Manager, being in charge of all the operational activities related to employee life cycle;
Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including:
- Contract extensions;
- Contract transformations;
- Working hours changes;
- Transfers and other contractual variations;
Manage and monitor monthly HR deadlines and contract expirations;
Ensure proper document archiving and maintenance of personnel files in line with internal policies;
Monitor the return of signed letters;
Monitor IBAN uploads for new hires, ensuring data completeness and accuracy;
Enter and update employee data in the HR Information System (Workday), including hires and contractual changes;
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the People Partnering team;
Support ad-hoc HR operational activities as required;
What you’ll bring:
High precision and strong attention to detail
Solid Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
