The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a SIPR ICAM Privileged Access Analyst to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. 

This role is on-site in Chantilly, VA office.
 

This position will lead and support the identification and execution of best practices on behalf of the DAF for the enterprise, with a significant focus on the SIPR environment . The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships both internally and externally, be adept at collaborating with SMEs to thoroughly vet new requirements. Must have excellent written and verbal skills to directly communicate with technical and leadership teams for clarifying, refining, and sustaining roles and training client personnel on related topics.

As a SIPR ICAM Privileged Access Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between various departments within the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and the EITaaS Wave 1 team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure there is effective communication and collaboration between different stakeholders, enabling a proactive and comprehensive approach to the management of all staffing activity through definition and rollout of strategic plans.

You will serve as the main point of contact to lead all activity for the program leadership team while working across the DAF to ensure all reporting aspects are tracked, maintained, and accounted for in reports. While working within the role you will be creating and maintaining many of the core processes are streamlined and operating effectively, ensuring that they align to DAF standards.



Responsibilities:

  • Be primary SIPR liaison between program leadership and DAF team to achieve operational targets for documenting and defining DAF ICAM roles, responsibilities approvals and requirements.
  • Development and implementation of ICAM privileged account management policies and procedures in accordance with federal regulations and DAF guidelines.
  • Cradle to grave management of account records.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and agency IT security policies.
  • Generating and maintaining account status reports.
  • Act as a primary SIPR POC and facilitate Government ICAM requirements, while identifying processes required for implementation on an enterprise level.
  • Track and maintain ICAM metrics to buy orders utilizing PowerBi, ServiceNow and other products.
  • Provide reporting, monitoring, disablement, compliance, and removal of accounts for all EITaaS managed systems and Contractor in performing account lifecycle management support.
  • Perform liaison activities whose responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication between CACI and teammates to facilitate collaboration on ICAM requirements.
  • Work with a variety of internal and external ICAM program stakeholders to execute on a strategic ICAM roadmap
  • Provide oversight on ICAM standards, policies, and technical implementations for the benefit of other program members
  • Translate complex technical issues to high-level messages targeted for non-technical stakeholders
  • Author and review Knowledge Based (KB) articles to effectively disseminate knowledge to the rest of the program for ICAM processes.
  • Perform other related duties working on standardize vital business processes, draft deliverables, and provide performance support activities that provide CDRLs.
  • Vet all Contractor Privileged Access Requests to ensure users have completed the DOD privileged user requirements prior to account creation and deletion.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to interact with multiple people to complete the mission successfully.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).At least 5 years’ experience with SIPR and working on classified systems.
  • Security+ certification
  • Experience in ICAM boundaries, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory to work with clients on formulating, defining, and evaluating roles and responsibilities. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of financial data.
  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Products
  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
  • Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$72,700 - $149,200
