The SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Leader plays a critical role in driving end‑to‑end alignment across demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans. In this role, you will lead the full SIOP cycle for the Niteroi site, shaping the site’s strategic rhythm and providing clear insight across the 2–5‑year horizon, highlighting opportunities and risks early. As the process owner, you will bring structure, governance, and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring that operational plans are executable, balanced, and fully aligned to business objectives.

As a SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the full SIOP cycle, ensuring demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans are aligned across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance for respective site.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment, ensuring all functions operate to a single, integrated plan with clear ownership of inputs and outputs.
  • Translate business strategy into executable operational plans, balancing customer commitments, capacity constraints and plant utilization.
  • Lead SIOP governance, including cadence, agenda, data standards, and decision‑making frameworks for pre‑SIOP and executive SIOP reviews.
  • Drive lead‑time reduction initiatives, partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to eliminate bottlenecks and improve responsiveness.
  • Support commercial bids with schedule inputs, providing realistic lead times, capacity assessments, and risk‑based planning scenarios.
  • Identify operational risks and constraints, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Improve planning maturity, driving standardization, process discipline, and adoption of best practices across FPS sites.
  • Use data and analytics to improve forecast accuracy, supply responsiveness, and capacity utilization.
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure production plans, material availability, and capacity align with demand signals.
  • Support digital transformation, including planning system enhancements, data quality improvements, and automation initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Delivery of an integrated, aligned SIOP plan that balances demand, supply, capacity, and financial targets.
  • Operational performance of the SIOP process, including forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, inventory health, and adherence to SIOP cadence.
  • Cross‑functional alignment and decision‑making, ensuring all functions commit to and execute the agreed plan.
  • Risk identification and mitigation, ensuring operational continuity and protection of customer commitments.

To be successful in this role you will have:  

             

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.

Master’s degree (MBA, Operations, Supply Chain) is advantageous but not essential.

Formal training or certification in SIOP/IBP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or equivalent planning frameworks is highly desirable.

Experience:

Prior experience in SIOP, Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline, typically 5+ years in progressively responsible roles.

Proven ability to work across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to drive alignment and decision‑making.

Familiarity with complex, multi‑stage manufacturing flows and project‑based environments within the oil & gas industry or engineered‑to‑order product lines.

Strong background in data‑driven decision‑making, scenario modelling, and risk/opportunity assessment.

Language:

Fluent English (written and spoken) is required due to the cross‑functional nature of the role and the need to communicate clearly across global teams.

Systems:

Experience with Oracle ERP and/or CyberPlan APS systems is advantageous
