Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [Simulation Engineer] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].

This position will be responsible for DC/DC power module product simulation design work, magnetic component simulation and design work.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for simulation design work to support RD different project, includes FEM simulation using Comsol, Magnetic simulation, Thermal and Power loss simulation.
• Suggest design and design rule improvements based on simulation result.
• Participate in research projects to improve knowledge in simulation area
• Technical Support to other departments.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Master of science in physics, materials science or electronics
• Minimum 5 years’ simulation, thermal design, power loss simulation and Magnetic design related experience
• Experience with magnetic component designs for DC/DC converters or power supply related product
• Solid understanding of electro-magnetic theory, properties of magnetic materials
• Knowledge in thermal design and simulation is meritorious
• Familiarity with electro-magnetic field simulation software (Ansys, COMSOL etc.) and circuit simulation tools (Spice etc.).
• Good knowledge of magnetic materials and manufacture process
• Knowledge of Power topology.
• Fluent English.
