The Opportunity:

As a CACI SIGINT Analyst (Target Digital Network Analysis - TDNA), you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team in direct support of stated requirements for Special Operations Command – North (SOCNORTH) across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the area of SIGINT and CYBER operations as well as guidance, mentorship, and training to less-experienced members of SOCNORTH and the SOFETOPS enterprise. You will initiate new SIGINT and CYBER requirement processes, organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.

Responsibilities:

The analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Cryptologic Support Element (CSE); Assisting the Government in performing basic to advanced level signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysis in support of SOCNORTH requirements; Providing regional and point analysis in support of SOCNORTH requirements; Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level SIGINT analysis in support of SOCNORTH requirements; Producing detailed analytical products to support targeting methodology; Operating and maintaining proficiency on current and future processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) SIGINT tools; Assisting the Government in the training of personnel on current and future PED SIGINT tools; Maintaining proficiency and competency with current and future SIGINT tradecraft and theory knowledge of digital network intelligence, network exploitation, and dialed number recognition analyses and related tools; Working with internal and external SIGINT organizations to plan, execute, and coordinate matters related to SIGINT PED; Facilitating the cross queueing of multiple national-level assets across the Intelligence Community (IC) within the US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR); Integrating National Intelligence Community collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities into the planning, threat analysis, and targeting assessment processes in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF); Assisting the Government with defining, documenting, and formalizing SIGINT analysis and reporting processes within the USNORTHCOM AOR; Assisting the Government in the development of CONOPs, TTPs, USSIDs, and SOPs in support of SOCNORTH SIGINT requirements. Additionally, the analyst must maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience.
  • A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
  • 6 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.
  • Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.
  • Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong attention to detail.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting Joint SOF organizations.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Certifications: SCRUM Master Course; GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Project Management; Digital network Intelligence Course; Network+, Security plus+, Ethical Hacker, Analysis 101, Analytical Integrity and Standards Group; Defense Strategic Debriefing Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course
  • Any Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; Digital Network Exploitation Analyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer; Analytic Support Officer

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
