Job Description

The Systems Integrator Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with main Systems Integrators (SIs) to improve adoption of Rockwell Automation technologies and services. You will focus on building joint value through technical collaboration, commercial cooperation, and long-term partnership development. The Account Manager will work with technical specialists, channel teams, and department leaders to support growth goals within the assigned territory.

You will report to the Team Leader Channel & SI Development Manager.

You will work hybrid in Great Britain, Kiln Farm. You will be asked to travel to the clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Development & Partner Management
    • Develop trusted relationships with assigned Systems Integrators across commercial, technical, and leadership levels.
    • Implement Rockwell Automation's SI Partner Programme strategy, ensuring partner engagement, competency development, and agreement to priorities.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with SIs to evaluate pipeline, performance metrics, and joint growth opportunities.
  • Sales & Business Growth
    • Achieve revenue and growth targets by driving SI preference for Rockwell Automation solutions, including hardware, software, and digital services.
    • Identify new opportunities within SI-led projects and collaborate with field sales to support execution.
    • Build and maintain opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Technical & Commercial Enablement
    • Coordinate technical training, certification pathways, and solution enablement for System Integrators to increase their competency in Rockwell Automation technologies.
    • Partner with technical consultants and product specialists to support architecture development, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
    • Guide SIs in adopting Rockwell Automation's digital transformation portfolio, including information solutions, cybersecurity, analytics, and smart manufacturing platforms.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop territory-specific SI growth plans aligned with regional and global Rockwell Automation strategy.
    • Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner capabilities to refine account plans and position Rockwell as the supplier of choice.
    • Participate in regional and global SI community events, partner conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Channel Sales, Distributors, EU Account Managers, and Technical Consultants to ensure unified engagement with SIs.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to support SI-focused campaigns, demand generation efforts, and co-marketing projects.
    • Partner with Contract and Pricing teams to support commercial agreements, incentives, and programme compliance.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Experience in sales, account management, channel management, or business development within industrial and process automation, controls, or related sectors.
  • Understanding of control systems, industrial networks, software, and automation architectures.
  • Ability to build collaborative commercial relationships and manage strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Previous experience working with or for Systems Integrators.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products, partner programmes, and solution ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation technologies (MES, IIoT, analytics, and cybersecurity).
