We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Showroom Sales Support Representative to provide critical behind-the-scenes support to our showroom consultants. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and supporting a high-performing sales team.

Position Details:

Location | Onsite - Naples, FL

Schedule | Tuesday to Friday – 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am – 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication via phone and email, handling order updates, product inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
  • Support showroom consultants throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, assisting with order entry, confirming project details, and managing documentation
  • Coordinate post-sale activities including order tracking, vendor communication, and delivery/installation scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, open orders, and product research so consultants can focus on selling
  • Maintain accuracy in orders, pricing, and documentation through strong attention to detail and organization
  • Support daily showroom operations, including maintaining pricing tickets, materials, and overall readiness

Technical & Administrative Skills:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams (CRM/order system experience a plus; training provided)
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of customer service, administrative, retail, or showroom experience preferred
  • Interest in home building, design, or appliance/plumbing industries

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
