As a Showroom Assistant based in Aberdeen, you’ll be responsible for:
Looking after our showroom/showroom displays and keeping it tidy and up to date (bathroom suites, specialised radiators and stoves)
Speaking and helping customers with enquiries through showroom consultations
Helping & preparing quotes for bathrooms
Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives
Answering telephone calls and completing administrative tasks
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm and occasional Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm, paid as overtime/time in lieu.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous industry or merchant experience is essential, specifically showroom experience
Prior Face to Face sales and customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships.
