  • Lead analyses of shopper data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver insight-rich presentations that translate data into business impact.
  • Manage your own workload and proactively anticipate client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships and contribute to commercial development.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics to develop innovative solutions.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for consumer and shopper behaviour, with curiosity and critical thinking.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and structured working style with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or market research.
  • Experience working with client management and multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts or data-driven commercial analysis.

What We Offer

At Kauza, you will join an ambitious and dynamic Nordic team committed to advancing the use of data-driven decision-making in FMCG. You will have the opportunity to influence both our analytical approach and our market expansion, while working with cutting-edge data and some of the most experienced consultants in the field.
