Te Tūranga – About the role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the production and execution of brand and retail marketing for PAK’nSAVE across our North Island stores.  Working closely with our National Marketing team and partners across Foodstuffs North Island, you’ll combine creative thinking with data insights to plan and execute campaigns, protect and strengthen our brand, and support strong commercial outcomes.
 
To do this you’ll:
·       Work closely with PAK’nSAVE North Island Retail Team & National PAK’nSAVE Marketing & CX team with implementation & execution of the PAK’nSAVE Trade Plan including creative development, POS printing & media planning
·       Consult with and support each of our PAK’nSAVE Owner Operators and their store team members to be customer centric and activate initiatives
·       Be responsible for all store specific support requests made to the North Island (NI) Marketing Team – including POS, signage, brand standards, store refurbishments, online, and any additional marketing or media support
·       Provide marketing support for all NI store Anniversary events ensuring stores have access to all marketing material and are supported with appropriate marketing including LAM
·       Coordinate and execute the weekly Shopper Update communications ensuring all marketing activities are communicated clearly and effectively to stores and the wider Foodstuffs teams
·       Maintain the PAK’nSAVE Intranet; stores’ accessibility to information and marketing materials
·       Use PAK’nSAVE customer data to review, refine and improve retail events and store activities
·       Provide any additional support when needed to National Marketing initiatives such as content creation, Shop Off events & Trade Plan execution
·       Raise POs & process store recharges for North Island marketing budget

You bring strong problem‑solving skills, a solid understanding of brand and marketing, and the resilience to thrive in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
 
You’ll also have:
·       Marketing or merchandise experience
·       Proven ability to effectively support projects / campaigns applying customer insights and data
·       High attention to detail and ability to work at pace to firm deadlines
·       Business/Marketing Degree or similar qualification
·       Confident in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
