RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory reliability 

• List available items.

• Carry out the counts according to the frequency (schedule) assigned to it and respecting the priorities.

• Enter data into the database and ensure the reliability of the data reported.

• Compare theoretical stocks and physical stocks.

• Alert in the event of deviations to avoid breakages or losses.

• Check the DLC of consumables.

• Carry out waste audits to ensure the reliability of declarations.

• Participate in the preparation and completion of the periodic general inventory.

• Control receipt of orders

Cycle Counter

• Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.

• Comply with current policies and procedures .

• Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and implementation of PAs. 

• Respect the rules for respecting the product.

• May be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.

• Participate in the analysis of inventory discrepancies

Manage Shop Floor Scheduler

• Lead and manage production planning team
  - Define and follow up indicators and targets for the team.
  - To ensure that eKanban & eBTT have been dispatch base on plan
  - In case a detected problem cannot be solved, assign and check containment and corrective actions

• Recognize and manage all demands from MPS/SIOP plan
  - Ensure the production plan align with the MPS plan
  - eKanban/eBTT have been dispatch
  - eKanban/eBTT redbox has been cleared in a single day.

• Ensure Production plans are realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, site objectives and capacities.
  - Follow daily production output and coordination with APU Sup / Manager and take corrective actions needed.

• Manage inventory of FG and WIP as budget
  - Lead actions connected with stock reductions and follow up inventory target realization of WIP and FG level

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical school or equivalent, added by the Basics of SCM
• 1 or 2 Years in Supply Chain or production
